Dear Parents and Guardians,
We are excited to welcome the students back to school on Monday, March 14, 2022. We hope everyone had a nice March Break.
We realize the province of NB has lifted the Covid 19 protocols in the provincial schools, however, we will be following the former Yellow Phase of the Covid 19 protocols.
.
Students will remain in their bubbles
School will continue to be sanitized throughout the day
Students will continue to to wear masks in high traffic areas such as hallways and when they can’t social distance
Students will continue to sanitize their hands frequently throughout the day
Students will continue to wear masks on the bus
If your child is unwell, please keep them home and call the school letting them know of their absence. If your child comes to school and starts feeling unwell, please be assured you will get a call to come and pick them up. It is important that we have a current phone number on file at the school so you can be reached at all times. We still have test kits at the school and you are encouraged to test your child if they are displaying any symptoms of COVID 19. If they test positive for COVID 19 they need to stay home for five days before returning to school. If they are unvaccinated they need to stay home for ten days.
We have kept these protocols in place to help you feel reassured when sending your child back to school on Monday. If you have any questions, please call the school to get your answers. We understand these are uncertain times, we want our students and staff to feel safe, they are our number one priority.
We are excited to see everyone on Monday!
Winter Carnival Week will be rescheduled, stay tuned for more information on this.
