Are you reading every night?!
Just a friendly reminder to all parents and students that students should be reading a minimum of 20 minutes per night, if not longer from either an assigned nightly read or a book of their choice or one at home. Reading does a lot of amazing things to not only the brain but the body as a whole! 
For a full body workout, read a book!!
