The Grade 8 Class will be leaving the school on: Monday, June 20th at 8:00 a.m. and will arrive back on Wednesday, June 22nd at approximately 3:00 p.m. The bus will be transporting the students to PEI and will bring them home. The chaperones will be: Mrs. Davidson, Mr. Somerville and Chad Augustine. Residence: Students will be staying at "Shining Waters" cottages.Meals and Snacks: All meals and snacks are provided. If students wish to purchase anything other than what is on the menu they will be required to pay for it themselves. Admission Fees: All admission fees are covered.

An extended thank you to Miss Karen Somerville who sold 35 ticket packets and helping the Grade 8 class with their recycling bin!! :) The Grade 8 Field trip will be taking place Monday, June 20th with arrival back home on Wednesday, June 22, 2011!!! We wish Mrs. Davidson and the Grade 8's a wonderful and safe trip there and home!!

All children will be wearing a life jacket, and lifeguards will be on duty.

Notification in Regards to the Field Trip for Grades 4-7 for Tuesday, June 14, 2011: The bus will be leaving immediately after breakfast between 8:30 and 8:45 a.m. to get to Camp Sheldrake by 9:00 a.m. sharp! Students must be in on time to make it to their field trip, as the bus will not be delayed in waiting. Permission Slips OR Written Consent by Parents/Guardians are required for your child to attend the field trip. If your child does not provide either by Tomorrow Morning before the bus leaves, your child will not be permitted to attend the field trip.
Parents Please Note:Grades 3-5 Activities are now finished until the next school year, in September. Activities for ages 13+ are cancelled until Friday evening after the High school students have completed writing their exams.

There will be a bus to take the children to the run. The bus will leave the Burnt Church school at 9:00 a.m. Parents/Guardians are responsible for bringing their children. No child will be allowed if not accompanied by a parent.
The bus will drop them off at the Lindon Recreation Center.
Run begins at 10:30 a.m. on Sunday, July 3rd, 2011.
Run Route: Linden Recreation Center up King George Highway to Hennesy St., turning left on Hennesy to Pleasant St. ending at the town square.
